PARC’s safety program is led by by Toli Mikkel, Bachelor of Science College of New Jersey.

With over 17 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety in various industries including nuclear pharmacy, medical device manufacturing and biotechnology, Toli along with PARC believe that through positive reinforcement and rigorous on-going education, our employees are given the necessary skills to work safely as a team on every project.
